2015 Projects Tour

The Walla Walla Basin Watershed Council (WWBWC) will be hosting a projects tour on Thursday, March 19th to showcase some of the work being done to improve water resources and restore natural systems to aid in the recovery of federally protected fish species.  Participants will spend the day touring WWBWC project sites such as Nursery Bridge, Johnson Recharge, Lampson Levee Setback, and the Zell Ditch Diversion.

The day will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Milton-Freewater Rotary Room (located in the Community Building, 109 NE 5th), where participants will be given a general overview of the Watershed Council and its projects. Tour transportation and lunch will be provided.
